RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope it brings joy and value to your life. If for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. You’re welcome to return your item for a full refund or exchange. See below for details on our hassle-free return policy.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase—no exceptions! To ensure a smooth process, all items need to be in pristine, unused condition, complete with their original tags and labels intact. Keep it simple, stress-free, and hassle-free.
THE RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, simply email our friendly customer service team at support@emporium13.co.uk to receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA, carefully package the item in its original condition and send it back to us at the address provided upon return request with confidence.  We're here to make your return process smooth and hassle-free.
Due to the collaboration with various providers, please await the confirmation of the return address during the communication following the return request and refrain from automatically returning to our registered office address. 
 
Please ensure to include the following on the return to allow a smoother process of the return request:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Should an exchange be requested and determined to be provided, the delivery cost of the replacement  product/s is covered by Emporium 13 Ltd. 
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and review the condition of your item, we’ll begin processing your return or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your item for this process to complete. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been finalised. 
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●    Products with a seal broken
     ●    Products without tags in place
     ●    Perishable or Customised items
     ●   Undergarments, swimwear, bedding or otherwise have contact with intimate areas and potential direct contact with the skin or hair for hygiene reasons.
 
For defective or damaged products, please promptly contact us by email at support@emporium13.co.uk to arrange a refund or exchange of the product.
