SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Emporium 13 Ltd works in collaboration with multiple brand distributors and wholesalers, enabling efficient inventory management and product shipping through third-party suppliers.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order weight, with additional charges applied to larger items that exceed standard packaging dimensions.
While the majority of our product range is tailored for UK residential addresses, select items are available internationally. To ensure clarity and reduce the likelihood of order cancellations, we position ourselves as a UK-focused home and giftware e-commerce business.
The ordering service we provide prevents automatic purchases and delivery outside the UK, requiring confirmation of order via support of the support team to assure products requested are available to be delivered to the intended destination. During seasonal times, delivery times may be delayed, resulting in orders delivered within 3 - 10 days, particularly at Christmas time, although we do our best to deliver as promptly as possible at all times. Should there be a delay in delivery with your order processed, contact will be made promptly to inform you of the new revised date of delivery and the reason for the delay. For EU and UK customers, we confirm this does not affect your statutory rights and advise you to read our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery times are provided with heartfelt care and are our best estimates to keep you informed. For our EU and UK customers, your statutory rights remain untouched.
